| Notes for Le Cottage | - Bookings: bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing by the owners.
- Changeover day: unless otherwise agreed, bookings are from Saturday (3pm) to Saturday (11am).
- Payment: cheques should be made payable to "R. Jarvis".
- Prices: prices are as stated above. Additional people not listed on the Booking Form
will be charged at £100 per person per week. - Electricity: electricity and other utility services are included.
- Bed linen: linen is included for stays of one week or more and is changed weekly.
- Cleaning: the property must be left clean and in good order.
- Additional charges: additional charges should be paid directly to the owners before leaving Le Cottage.

Notes for L’Appartement | - Availability: L’Appartement is available for holidays all year round: £65 per night for three nights or more; £400 per week; £140 per weekend (Friday afternoon to Sunday evening); £140 for two nights midweek.
- Prices: prices include heating, bed linen & towels.
- Bookings: bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing by the owners.
- Payment: cheques should be made payable to "R. Jarvis".
- Cleaning: the property must be left clean and in good order.
- Additional charges: should be paid directly to the owners before leaving L’Appartement.
